REFUND POLICY

All services are non-refundable, but we will be happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge. If you’re not satisfied with your services at Sunshine Nails, you can come back to get them fixed for FREE within 3 days from your appointment. Your satisfaction is our number one priority.

CANCELLATION AND “NO SHOW” FEE POLICY

1. Appointments MUST be confirmed within 24 hours of the appointment time by responding to our confirmation call.

2. If you miss our confirmation call or need a different appointment time, please contact us as soon as possible to either confirm or reschedule based upon current availability.

3. Arrive on time or early for your appointment. We may be unable to hold your reserved time if you are more than 10 minutes late.

 

What happens if you don’t confirm your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time and/or you are late for your appointment?

1. If you arrive for your appointment that has not been confirmed and/or you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we will try our best to see you as a walk-in client with priority over other walk-in clients who are not in a hurry.

2. However, if you are more than 30 minutes late you will be seen as a walk-in client, and wait time will be based upon our current availability.

 

“No Show” Fee Policy

Each time a client misses an appointment without providing proper notice, another client is prevented from receiving the service. Therefore, Sunshine Nails reserves the right to charge a fee of $45.00 for all missed appointments (“no shows”) and appointments which are not canceled or rescheduled with 24-hour advance notice via 703-780-8438

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Sunshine Nails accepts Visa, Master Card, Apple Pay, and Cash. We charge an extra $3 if you pay via Discover and American Express. The minimum purchase amount for credit cards is $10.

CHILDREN

1. Our Kids’ Menu is for children under the age of 10. Children over the age of 10 are charged for full price services.
2. During COVID-19, no company or children without appointments are allowed.
